Anna Molitor, a friend from the Great Mother Conference, made contact with me after I dropped her a note on facebook that I be in town, we'll meet for dinner tonight at around 7 at this Italien Pizza and Beer place in downtown Santa Fe. Now I better make myself a cup of coffee, then write more and fix more photos, select the best out of the bunch I took at Bryce Canyon, from there select the one I wanna use for this blog and edit them a bit, some cropping some color-correction, then shrink them to a web-friendly size and upload them to my Picasa photo-album, I tell you it's work, but I love it. All this while listening to music that Todd downstreams form a LA radio-station, LA is for Los Angeles not Louisiana at this time, I would prefer the sounds to come from Louisiana but I don't have a saying here, I'm just a guest here at the kingdom of Todd Williams, the guru of MAC and Photoshop. Then a quick shower, put on some different cloth and off we go.
Il Vicino is the place we meet. What fun to meet Anna here, far away from Maine where I usually see her. We oder some food, drinks and find a table. Later her boyfriend David joins us and we all have a fun time. Later Anna and I call our friend Kate Dietz who's birthday it is, we call from Anna's phone but I talk to her, lets see how confused she'll get. Hell no, she knows right away that it is me, must be my silly accent that carries even through a bed cell-phone connection. After a good-bye on the phone it was also time to say good-bye to Anna and David.
Dinner with Anna, David, Todd and me at the Il Vicino...

Todd and I went home and watched a really wild movie on his big screen TV. On tonight's program is Sin City, boy are we talking pure brutality, and all of that in black and white, with just a few things in color, like that sexy ladies dress and her lips are in a fire red, or this one hell-ugly guy appears in yellow even his blood squirts out in yellow. 3 different stories that crisscross each other at different times, but I could not keep up with the time-line, but watching for pure entertainment, no brain required, otherwise it might get blown away like so many of them in the movie... More working on the computer and another chapter in the book of kitchen horror to forget about them images in the movie...
I had a hard time waking up in the morning. Todd and I go to this French Bakery in town, David and Anna were raving about it and Todd did not know about the place so we gave it a shot, but just to buy 2 croisons and then turned around and went back to the good old Aztec Cafe for their breakfast again.
I'm not gonna tell you what I did when we got back home, but by three o'clock I was still at it... more writing and picturing for this blog... so send me some comments to see what you think about it!!!
More Bla Bla written on this Blog...
