wanna join him but first I don't have a motorcycle and second I already exceeded the p/m (picture per mile ratio) for a while anyway. I literally just get out of the house to go and grab a bit to eat then back to do more work, I know I know, at least a bike-ride or something...
Todd on his Motorcycle...

Tonight we decided to go for dinner at Todd's most visited place, Whole Foods. That's his place, there is a buffet of all kinds of delicious goods to eat, it's 7.95 per pound and you can really load-up on your plate. And Todd did, little pig he is, or, there goes his
diet. Compare to me... ha, I ate half the weight he ate, but I bought a six pack of local beer for later to catch-up in the calorie intake, with that 2 sweet croissons , one for desert and one for the road tomorrow.
We also went there in separate means of transportation, he took his motor with a cycle while I took the cycle without a motor, got a get some kind of exercise after sitting on my butt all day long, here is the opportunity.
While sitting in a booth at Whole Foods and chow down our pounds I get to meet some of Todd's friends, that makes me think his clique is hanging out there too and that way Todd has some kind of social life, an he claims that he has none here in Santa Fe. Back home, it's movie time again, tonight's show is breathtaking, "Men on Wire", a documentary of this french-guy who is a tightrope walker, crossed a wire on the Notre Dame in Paris, on the Harbor Bridge in Sydney, and the peak was, the Twin Towers in New York, I tell you, amassing footage of the building of the towers and then the part of how they got that wire accross the two buildings, all illegal and under tough conditions, worth watching this movie. By the end of the movie I was so beat that I only could send out a few e-mails before I fell asleep without even reading any more of the kitchen adventures by Anthony Bourdain. I think this guy is influencing my writing-style by now, I just love the way he writes.
I sleep pretty late the next morning, Todd even later because he was not up yet by the time I was farting around his kitchen, I don't mean farting as in farting, I just wanna say that I'm walking around. A beautiful morning, it was extremely windy during the night, you'd
think the weather is changing. But now it's time to get some grub again, and not to the Aztec Cafe again pleezze!!! I also start packing-up all my goods, clothing, bedding and all my computer and camera stuff, lets not forget the food department, poor Honda is weight down again.
I tried to talk Todd into going to the breakfast by bike, but that did not go over well, his bike-seat still is not securely mounted and keeps turning under his fat butt and so after a short trial run he turned around and we hop in his Element to get there.
This morning it's breakfast at the Tune-up, a great hip place where for an extra fifty cents you can have organic eggs, fifty cents per egg that is, I opted out from this deal because I just thought of how the waitress tried to talk me into it and yet her pretty face is covered in make-up, and so I thought to stay unhealthy myself and eat regular eggs.
Todd's try on the bike, and breakfast at the Tune-up...

Then it was time to hit the road again. Out of Santa Fee into Texas, well there are a few miles in between, and also a three o'clock.
The road out of Santa Fe was Hwy-285, before that I had to be on Interstate 25 for about 8 miles. Then due south and south-east on Hwy-285 for many miles to come, a boring landscape and not many towns far and between.
Three o'clock happened at Trip-mile 1709 on mile-marker 235 with just a few clouds and strong head-winds... I think my gas-mileage went down to bad... all this while I try to type this story and keep my eyes on the road!!!
Driving and Typing, don't try this at home, please!!!
