3 PM: Out in Nature...

My Saturday night fever was about writing and editing of stories and pictures from the last day... the time flew by and next thing it was way past my bedtime, I was thinking about hitting the hay early and really sleep for a long time. I could get-up early and meet Susan for dancing in Marin... but by the time I finished with all that wild writing it was almost 1 in the morning. I ate some more of that french lentil soup and had some more carrot cake, and who knows what else I snacked on, while sitting for such a long time on the computer... by that time I could not even keep my eyes open any longer... still I had to read at least 2 or 3 more pages of the book I'm reading right now before all systems failed and it was lights out. I didn't set the alarm because I wanted to sleep as long as possible, I know in the morning when the sun shines through the window that I will wake me up at some point of time. Also it was the night were the time changed back to daylight saving time, that means 1 hour forward... or that by the time I made it to bed it was almost 2 am!!!
I did wake-up, at around 9:30 and I was achy all over, boy that yoga class really whipped me. But the sun is shining and the sky is blue and birds are singing... I feels like Sunday morning, ohh I think it is, now what's on the program today???
Lets go meet Susan and go to the farmers market in San Rafael and then for a hike... and that is what I did!!!
By three o'clock we were almost all the way around Lake Phoenix in Marin County...
