I was completely exhausted once I woke-up again. I had to get up I thought it was almost noon... but no it was not even nine yet when I went down to the kitchen. From then on it was just another lazy day at the Cutler Farm. I needed some breakfast soon, because last nights dinner didn't last until lunch like yesterday. Sarah recommended to use the week old raisin bread, she got from the Brickoven Bakery in North Hampton, to make some french-toast. And that I did, hmmm it was so good!!! Drenched in Maple-syrup that Dylan, Abbot and Sarah's younger sun, made last winter. I was in heaven, looking outside it was still snowing and the landscape looked dreamlike.

I filled up the 2 bird-feeder they have outside and throw some on the ground to keep the Bluejays under control. These birds eat like crazy here and it is always an entertainment to watch then at it. Also some squirrels, red and gray once, show up for the free food. Malon is fixated for hours at the 2 corner windows to watch them, it is also very entertaining... who needs a TV when you have the Nature Channel on both sides of your window!!!
I spend a lot of time editing pictures to get them ready for uploading and share with everyone and then some writing of stories for this blog and other things. Doing that time flies and I needed some exercise. Get dressed warm and off into the forest for a long hike on the snowmobile-trails, what a dreamlike feeling to stomp through a couple of inches of fresh snow into this forest I've been so many times before...

Back in time just to have some lunch and take a 3 o'clock picture... my last one here on the East Coast until May when I be back for the Great Mother New Father Conference in Maine.
