Lets see who else shows up...
And like every Friday here at the Great Mother Conference it's time to call in the Sabbath before dinner, we all dress up a wee bit and form a huge circle on the deck in front of the dinning-hall, Harold Shapiro leads the ceremony with the help of our Rabbi Harry Sky and Lisa Starr.
Time to fill the cups with the wine...

Then it's time to eat... most of us paid a little extra to have a "real" Maine Lobster to be acquainted with...
After the dinner we celebrated Tim's and Sharon's Birthday, Tim's wife did all the decorating after the kitchen-crew produced this most delicious cake, enough for all of us and more.

Now it's time for a presentation by Walter Spink. His talk is about the Caves in India he's been working on, showing of tons of beautiful pictures and way too many words that the attention was getting thin... But you can't be mad at Walter, he is just too funny and to good about this, I do wish to join him on a journey to this caves.
boB Henning and I get the special treatment to watch Walter's Slide-show... in bed!!!
After the slideshow there is lots of energy left to party, Jennifer Spisla, boB Henning and I adventure out to find the "Party-Cabin" of the "Old Folks" but we find the singing cabin of the Frantzich Brothers. Alright then, lets sing along with them for a while. The Molitor Twins, Ashley Naegle, Nick Adamsky, and who knows who else was singing and drinking along the pros of religious songs, downloaded via computer and iPhones, it is a show and a half to watch. Maya Borhani and Missy Gray join in too. This goes on for a while until I decided that it is time for listening to my pillow. But as things go I ended up with Jennifer and boB in a canoe and out we go to listen to the Loons. Of corse there was more talking and laughing than listening and next thing is that a voice out of the nearby shore hollers at us... "That is not okay to be that noisy out there..."!!! Followed by a fiercely zipping-up of the tent, just like slamming the door. We feel pretty bad about that and are quiet for at least five minutes than we start again but in whispering voices. Then boB and I started talking like Donald Duck and that finished the peace again, but I think we're now further away and there should be none sleeping here.

I did not manage to go to the singing, barely made it to breakfast and even that I'm not awake yet. Maybe I even drink a cup of coffee now just to make it up to the Innisfree, our lecture-hall.
On the program today is...

I could not stay with the program, too tired to listen and sit there without falling asleep, after sometime I go down to the Dining-hall and I discover the great lunch production that is going on. Smoke is coming of a couple of B.B.Q.s set-up outside and the air smells of grilled chicken, not a bad thing.

After all the lecturing is over, the folks are flocking down to land at the tables for grub...
Endless food for every taste is one of the beauty here at Camp Kieve...
This is the last full day here at the Camp, I better go do my laundry, and start getting organized, bring stuff back to the car and farting around by molesting my friends with sensless things.
Three o'clock comes around the corner and I end up in Tim's fancy Honda with Tracy Catanese and Norm Minnick to go to town for more beers
