Not Kissed by Mooselips...

The day goes on pretty much like yesterday, moving around with my computer do the different departments, I was hoping for a nap today but if I'd lay down now I would not get out of bed before tomorrow, so I better make myself some coffee. This does the job, I'm back producing beautiful pages and having fun doing so. I completed editing all the pictures form the Great Mother Conference and uploading them onto different on-line photo-albums provided by Picasa. Then I tag all the faces and that again is a ton of work, specially with the raster I have form all the people who were there, the list is in Last Name order and that makes it really hard to find everybody, over and over I have to look through 4 pieces of paper, 3 of them are printed on both sides, if this is not work what is??? Then there is faces I know but don't have a name for them, I'm pretty bad with remembering everybody's name and so maybe I remeber what state or town they are living and look through the list one more time, over and over and over. Then I want to do some editing of a movie-clip I made, I import the whole thing into the movie editing program, go through all the different sections and split the ones I like to keep and so forth and so on, then I make a mistake and puff the program quits and all the work is lost... I should not have worked on that anyway, but I'm kind of excited about that too.

Working at the kitchen-counter to do e-mailing and facebooking...
Sending out all the links of all the albums to my friends at the GMC!!!

Parallel to all the work on the computer I start cleaning-up the bedroom, get the sheets into the washing-machine and put my things back in the bag, also do some of my own laundry and organize myself for the next leg. Maps need to be looked at, phone-calls to be made. Like to Bonnie back in Minneapolis, I would love to go and visit her again but she is leaving on a kayaking trip into the Apostle Islands just around the corner form here, but it looks like our ways have to cross again somewhere else, she feels frustrated with the economy and is not making enough money to make ends meet, but she does manage it somehow right, otherwise there would be no kayaking trip to the islands.
The night goes by as fast as the day, again it is past 2 in the morning when I finally go back to bed to take my nap...
And yes, in the morning right back to it, now don't give this poor computer any chance to relax, he can do that when I'm driving again, right!

A few more view of the interior of the house here...

My idea was to get out of here by about noon today, but that is just an idea, you know how fast the time flies when you're having fun, right, noon has come and gone, I'm not even sure if I ate any breakfast yet and it is already past lunchtime. I cleaned-up the upstairs now I putting all things back in my car or into the cabinets here, another e-mail to Frankenstein and then back to moving my butt out of here. Everything takes longer than I think, including my thinking!

At quarter to 3 I'm sitting in my car and fire that baby up again, it had a good rest not like some other here in this family, it starts right away and off we go, almost into the sunset.

Good-bye great house of accomplishments...

By three o'clock I'm passing the Mooselip Java Joint, and no, no kisses today...
I have to tell Barb, the owner of the Mooselips, that the clock is off by a few minutes!!!

And what about Me???

My photo
Berkeley, California, United States
My life as a vagabond in the last few years got me to some amazing places, met great people and have lots of stories to share. I love exploring, travel, biking, dancing to Zydeco music, hanging out with friends, biking and many other things to keep me in trouble... best is when I can combine a few of these things together!!! Then there is the photography, writing and might as well do some cooking too, after all eating is another of my favorite thing!!!
