We go and have dinner at the Indus Village, the place I've been telling Susan a lot about, finally here we are. Since I ate way too much food at the Ghanan Restaurant I will just watch her eat away this delicious food here while I sip on a Chai Tea, we share a strange dessert that is made out of curled milk with some cardamon and who knows what else. I kind of like it, Susan does not so.
Watching Susan eat her dinner at the Indus Village on San Pablo Ave...
Back at home we hang out until it is time for Susan to go party with her "wild" friends to the city. I'm tired anyway and ready to hit the hay, it has been another long day.Of corse in the morning I wake-up way too early again, still running on East-coast time, and should stay that way because my time here is up pretty soon.
Jessica, Flint and I go over to Cafe Trieste for some kind of breakfast, today is the big day for Jessica to see if all her planing helped.
A small breakfast at Cafe Trieste on San Pablo Ave and Channing Way...
The I have a second breakfast, this time with Eva, she finally made it out of bed on such a lousy day, cold, overcast or is it fog, I think we're completely socked in, the end of the world look. Eva and I walk down on Heinz Street, past the new Berkeley Bowl Superstore that will open soon, to the Cafe Cacao for a bite to eat. By now I'm hungry again, and after all it is almost lunch-time. We're having a fun time taking pictures of me with a stuffed parrot in the tree next to our table. The parrot matches my shirt's parrots and so Eva tried to capture that...
Now it's time to get serious, help Fling load-up his van with all kind of things we need to get that wedding as smooth as possible over with. More flowers, extension-cords, signs, bag full of tools, and various clothing for everybody to survive the cold.We all pile into the van and head off to the next adventure.
