Since I landed in Minneapolis the list of things is too long to mentioning them all. Meeting Bonita at the Mid-Western Mountaineering store, getting the last things. Then the grocery shopping at the local food-coop for our breakfast we have to produce tomorrow morning for 25 people. Dinner at Jan and Marcus's house and to sleep at Bonnie's house. She had to go to work early in the morning and I managed to sleep past nine... what a lazy bum!!! But then was no more time to be loafing around, I had 10 ponds of potatoes to cook and to buy some butter at the local ALDI store. I walked over there just to get a feel for the cold... actually it was not bad at all, I didn't wear a hat nor gloves for the 15 minute walk to the store and back. Bonnie got back from work at quarter to one, throwing some self created pizza in the oven and we packed the rest of our stuff into the car. Off we go, with hot pizza on our labs ready to eat and heading north. Taking the freeways to outskirt Minneapolis and then hit I-35 north. At mile 166 the clock showed 3 o'clock and the outside temperature-gage showed 22°F, all is well...
Waking-up to Ice-flowers on the window...
